Pricing
All prices are flexible to a degree. Flat rates are prefferred. Requested additional work will be billed accordingly - Rate: $80 per hr.
Compact Disc Covers, Trays and CD Centers:
1. Basic import of photographs, graphics and text layouts: Flat rates of $650 - $1550 - up to and including eight panels. Photo manipulation is extra.
2. Detailed manipulation of photographs and/or original art work, original fonts, graphics and text layouts: Flat rates of $1550 - $2550 up to and including eight panels. Specialized fonts must be purchased separately in Mac format.
Camera-ready work (film) is extra. $80/$15 + HST per CMYK/B+W proof.
SVP Graphics will only do cassette design as part of a CD design project. A separate design for tape cassette, if required, will be approximately half the price of the CD design.
Stock photography charges vary from $100 up.
Customized photography starts at $500.
Customized logos for small businesses start at $1,000.
Business cards and letterhead projects start at $600.
Posters, menus and book covers start at $600.
The following applies to all jobs:
One series of color reference photocopies is included. Multiple black and white reference photocopies presented during the course of the job are included. Completed work will be presented on a CD-R. However, copyrights of created images belong to SVP Graphics unless payments for rights to use or outright purchase are made.
Professional photo scans may be provided by the client or original photos can be scanned by SVP Graphics.
Photos and slides provided by the client in a scanned format must be saved as TIFFs or JPEGs. Scans must be on a CD or Zip disc, in the Mac format. Photo resolution: min. 300 dpi. Slide resolution: min. 600 dpi.
Photo clean-ups are included.
Proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. SVP Graphics does not accept responsibility for incorrect spelling and errors in grammar or syntax.
All work is done under signed agreement. A downpayment of one-third the agreed price is required. Work will only be turned over after full receipt of balance of payment. All work is guaranteed. Printing done locally will be monitored to insure quality control.
There is no charge for a consultation and estimates.
There is an HST (15%) charge on every job.
